Dr Parv Mittal is an orthopaedic surgeon who graduated from the University College of Medical Sciences and Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital in New Delhi with an M.B.B.S. He has done his M.S. in orthopaedic surgery at Maulana Azad Medical College and Lok Nayak Hospital, New Delhi where he has worked extensively in the field of Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using a new technique.He passed his M.R.C.S. Part A in September 2019 and his D.N.B. Orthopaedics-National Board of Examinations in December 2019. He has a hip and knee arthroplasty fellowship at Sant Parmanand Hospital, New Delhi.He was an International Training Fellow in Hip and Knee arthroplasty at Salford Royal Infirmary,Salford UK.He also held full specialist registration to practice with General Medical Council ,UK .
He worked as a senior resident in orthopaedics at Lok Nayak Hospital and Sushruta Trauma Center from August 2018 to September 2020. He is currently a consultant in orthopaedics at Bansal Hospital, New Friends Colony. Dr Parv Mittal is competent in the management of basic and complex trauma as well as orthopaedic emergencies. He has worked at a busy tertiary care government hospital in New Delhi for five years. He has independently managed orthopaedic emergencies and performed elective surgeries, mostly trauma and corrective osteotomies. He has done a fellowship in hip and knee arthroplasty at an apex institute in New Delhi with a heavy footfall of patients with hip and knee arthritis. He has performed hip and knee arthroplasty with great results regularly. He is a committed researcher with several publications and paper presentations at national and international conferences.
